Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or change your mind, we are happy to offer a no quibble refund (including postage costs paid to us) within 7 days of receipt of the item in accordance with UK Distance Selling Regulations. The item must be returned unused and in it's original packaging.

The buyer will be responsible for any return postage costs. On receipt of the item, we will issue a full refund. If you intend to return any item, please contact us via sales@essentiallyindian.com lor through our contact us form within the 7 day period.

If the item is returned in a used or damaged state, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund offered.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of returning the item to us. However, in many cases you may receive a refund more quickly.

We advise that you obtain proof of posting when returning an item.

Domestic Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING within UK. We use Royal Mail second class delivery for items weighing under 2 kgs. and a courier service for items more than 2 kgs. We aim to post your item within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment and the delivery usually takes 2-5 working days.

If you would like to receive your items quicker than this, you can either select the Royal Mail first class option while ordering or if you require a next day service please contact us and we will be able to advise you about shipping costs.
